ORDO LEADERSHIP
Stewards to Leadership in Change
Origins

“Ordo” takes its roots from the old and rich Kyrgyz language. The literal meaning of the word is a ruler’s (Khan) headquarters that was usually a well-adorned nomadic yurt. It served as a forum where important decisions were made about the fate of the people and country: with peace treaties signed, marriage nuptials witnessed, and the grievances of the people settled. It symbolized a space where the authorities exercised leadership for the benefit of all the people.

We take that ancient meaning of Ordo into the new century to promote a new kind of leadership. Where people see conflict and disagreement, we see an opening for learning. Where people walk away from discussing important issues that face them, we create support structures and space to listen and have meaningful conversations. All of this is in the name of helping people reach their aspirations and goals that can improve their current predicaments. We facilitate this change.

Our Offer
We don’t believe in pre-defined solutions or one secret framework. Instead we believe in partnering with people, companies, and organizations to shape solutions that will be tailored for them and owned by them.

Leadership as practice to bridge the gap between reality and aspirations is best exercised from within the system that calls for change. The cornerstone of our approach is to create an experiential and deeply immersive environment that helps participants to internalize the mindset of practicing leadership pertinent for their context. We draw our inspiration from the Adaptive Leadership, System Dynamics, Organizational Behavior, Theory-U, Immunity to Change and other frameworks that put tough problems at the center of the attention. The curated experience facilitates the clients to deal with real problems pertinent to their professional or personal journey. This method allows clients to diagnose and deploy their solutions- a more sustainable and meaningful way to enable change and transformation.
